Right to retract
Terms :
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange and return conditions for refund
The returned item(s) must be in their original condition and box perfectly intact and must not have been used, otherwise the Customer's liability will be that incurred.
Any exchange or return must be the subject of an exchange or return request by email to taniatcreations30@gmail.com with the order number information, the definition of the item to be returned as well as your full contact details.
Refund
The refund will be made in the form of a voucher to be used on our Tania.T Créations website.
